Four decades combined experience.

Three hundred pages.

Sharon O'Dea and Jonathan Phillips have spent a combined four decades helping large, complex organisations rethink how they communicate with their people.

For the past ten years they’ve worked together as Lithos Partners, advising some of the world’s best-known and most complex organisations on digital internal communication and collaboration.

Digital Communications at Work brings together everything they've learned — the frameworks that hold, the approaches that fail, and the practical thinking that actually shifts things.
